Their weight also restricts installation—nearly 30% of commercial rooftops cannot support them, leaving only 2% of buildings worldwide equipped with solar panels. This is a stark contrast to the sun’s immense potential, which delivers enough energy in *one hour* to power the planet for a year.  


 Perovskite: A Game-Changing Material  

Perovskite solar films offer a compelling alternative. Power Roll’s innovative manufacturing technique uses microgrooves and vacuum forming to create ultra-thin, flexible films less than a millimeter thick. These films can adhere to curved or uneven surfaces, such as low-load rooftops, vehicles, or even portable devices, vastly expanding solar applications.

 হার্টের রক্তনালীর ব্লকের চিকিৎসা হিসেবে রিং স্থাপন করা হয়ে থাকে এবং দীর্ঘদিন ধরে এই স্টেন বা রিং স্থাপনের চিকিৎসাটি চলে আসছে এবং এই রিং স্থাপনের একটি বিকল্প চিকিৎসা। অর্থাত হার্টের রক্তনালীতে কারো ব্লগ যদি নির্ণয় হয় তাহলে সেখানে রিং স্থাপন না করে বিকল্প কি চিকিৎসা করে এর সমাধান করা যায় এবং সেরকম একটি চিকিৎসা নিয়ে ইদানিং গবেষণা হচ্ছে এবং বিভিন্ন দেশে এটির ট্রায়াল হচ্ছে এই চিকিৎসাটি চালু হয়েছে এবং বর্তমানে চলছে তবে গবেষণাধী   অনেক রোগীদেরকে এই চিকিৎসাটি দেয়া হচ্ছে এবং একই সাথে গবেষণা করা হচ্ছে যে এই রোগীরা কেমন থাকেন। সেই চিকিৎসাটি হলো ডিসিবি, ডিসিবি মানে হলো ড্রাগ কোটেড বেলুন অর্থাৎ হার্টের রক্তনালীতে  যখন ব্লক ডিটেক্ট করা হয় তখন ওখানে হয়তো 90% বা 80% একটি ব্লক আছে। এখানে যেটা ট্রেডিশনালি করা হয়ে থাকে  বেলুন দিয়ে এটি ব্লকটি প্রসারিত করে ওখানে একটি রিং স্থাপন করা হয়। তো এই যে রিং স্থাপন করা হয় এটি একটি ভালো চিকিৎসা । কিন্তু কখনো কখনো এই রিং স্থাপন নিয়েও কিছু জটিলতা রয়েছে যেমন জটিলতা হলো  শাখাপ্রশাখায় যদি কারো রক্তনালীতে ব্লক হয় অথবা একটি মেইন রক্তনালী এবং তার সাথে আরেকটি শাখা রক্তনালীর সংযোগস্থলে যদি কারো ব্লক হয় এই ধরনের কিছু সিচুয়েশন আছে কন্ডিশন আছে যেগুলোতে স্ট্রেট ফরওয়ার্ড রিং স্থাপন করে রোগীর খুব ভালো চিকিৎসা অনেক সময় হয় না তো দেখা যায় যে মূল রক্তনালীতে রক্তনালীতে হয়তো  একটি রিং স্থাপন করা হল আর যে শাখা রক্তনালী রয়েছে সেটিতে আসলে রিং স্থাপন করা সম্ভব হয় না অথবা উচিত হয় না অথবা সেখানে উপযোগী নয়  আবার অনেক সময় দেখা যায় এরকম যে মূল রক্তনালীর শুরুর দিকে ব্লক আছে আবার শেষের দিকেও রয়েছে তো শুরুর দিকে রিং স্থাপন বেশ উপযোগী এবং সেখানে রিং


স্থাপন করে দেয়া হল কিন্তু শেষের দিকে যেখানে রক্তনালীটি অনেক শুরু হয়ে গিয়েছে দেখা গেল যে সেখানে একটি রিং স্থাপন করা উপযোগী নয় সেখানে তাহলে এই ব্লকটি কিভাবে চিকিৎসা করা যাবে এই যে কতগুলো প্রবলেম এই প্রবলেমগুলো এই সমাধানের জন্য এই ডিসিবি চিকিৎসা পদ্ধতি নিয়ে চিকিৎসাবিজ্ঞানীরা চিন্তা করেছেন এবং এটি প্রয়োগ করা শুরু হয়েছে এবং এটি ট্রায়াল পর্যায়ে গবেষণাধীন আছে যেটা করা হয় ওই রক্তনালীর ব্লকের ওখানে ড্রাগ কোটেড বেলুন  নিয়ে এটিকে অন্তত এক মিনিট সময় ধরে ফুলিয়ে রেখে এই ব্লকটি


 এখান থেকে একদম প্রসারিত করে দেয়া হয় এবং এতে ড্রাগ কোটেড মানে হলো এখানে এই বেলুনটিতে একটি ঔষধ লাগানো থাকে এই ঔষধটি হলো প্যাকলিট্যাক্সেল নামক একটি ঔষধ এটি আবার আমাদের পার্শ্ববর্তী দেশ ইন্ডিয়াতে সেখানে সিরুলিমাস একটি ড্রাগ কোটেড বেলুন রয়েছে তারা সেটি ইউজ করেন প্যাকলিটেক্সেলও এটি বিভিন্ন দেশে ইউজ হয় তো এই ঔষধটি তখন রক্তনালীর দেয়ালে চলে যায় রক্তনালীর দেয়ালে গিয়ে এই যে ব্লকটিকে সেখানে সংকুচিত করে রাখে এবং রক্তনালীটিকে প্রসারিত করে রাখে তো এভাবে  যদি  ফলাফল দেখতে পাওয়া। যায় যে তার এই যে ব্লক হয়েছে যে রক্তনালীটি সেটি


প্রসারিত হয়ে গেল এবং এটি আর সংকুচিত হলো না বছরের পর বছর যদি যদি তার এটি আর সংকুচিত না হয় এখানে যদি চেপে না যায় এই রক্তনালীটি তাহলে এই চিকিৎসা থেকে কিন্তু রোগীরা বেনিফিট পাবেন তার রিং স্থাপন করারও প্রয়োজন হলো না এবং তিনি শুধুমাত্র বেলুনিং করে বা ড্রাক কোটেড বেলুন দিয়ে এনজিওপ্লাস্টি করে তিনি ভালো থাকতে পারলেন তাতে করে সুবিধা হলো রোগীর পরবর্তী সময়ে অনেক বেশি ঔষধ খেতে হয় না তো এখন  তাহলে  আর কোন রিং প্রয়োজন হবে না শুধু সব ড্রাগ কোটেড বেলুন দিয়ে  রিং ছাড়াই  চিকিৎসা করতে পারা যাবে? এই কোশ্চেনের আনসার হলো যে না এটি করা এটি বোধহয় সম্ভব হবে না কিছু কিছু রক্তনালী আছে বা অধিকাংশ ক্ষেত্রেই  হয়তো এই স্টেন্ট স্থাপন করেই চিকিৎসা করতে হবে তো কিছু সমস্যা রয়ে যাচ্ছিল স্টেন্ট দিয়ে যে ব্লকের চিকিৎসা করা হচ্ছিল সেখানে কিছু সমস্যা রয়ে যাচ্ছিল  যে কিছু সরু রক্তনালী অথবা শাখা রক্তনালী অথবা মেইন রক্তনালীর শেষ প্রান্তে যে ব্লকগুলো হয় সেখানে কিন্তু রিং স্থাপন এতদিন পর্যন্ত উপযোগী ছিল না এবং সেখানে এই রক্তনালী গুলোতে আমরা ডিসিবি বা
